"French" epee grip

I was at the World Cup epee event in Vancouver this weekend and noticed that several of the French fencers, Jeannet, Robeiri, etc., were using what looked like a standard french grip that was bent at a pretty severe angle. Is this just a french grip stuck on a bent tang? has anyone used one of these? where can i get one???

It is a standard French grip that was bent. There has been a couple of threads about it here before.

Is the thread that discussed the method to do it.

Does anyone have a picture of such a bent grip? I'd like to see what it looks like.

Also, from what I can gather, the bent grips are all the Negrini SchermaSport ones. But even if you can bend the grip, how do you bend the tang of the blade?
