Does anybody know anything about swordplay books? I tried to log on and can't get the web page. I ordered a book on March 15 but haven't received it yet?

It appears that the site is indeed down.
I recommend e-mailing Mr. Khinoy who runs "Swordplay Books". You can get his e-mail address by doing a newsgroup search on Google.

i believe american fencing supplies has a huge selection of fencing books, one book that i need to buy is called "training the mind", try them. they're very good people, someone just mailed me two (repeat 2!) new wires for my one broken epee, because it had arrived broken, at no charge, i think that was outstanding. also, fencing post deserves applause, they repaired my body cord for a nominal fee. the thing with sending your stuff to these vendors is to 1. prepay, 2. don't do this too often, 3. give them time, 4. don't tell your club-mates or they'll all rush greedily to send off their stuff and bombard the poor guy with a bunch of demands.
