Array exercise apres fencing If one were to fence a 2 day competition, would it be advantageous for one to do light exercise (bike 2 miles, walking, light jogging) the morning of the 2nd day before going to the tournament?
Opinions are apreciated Theres nothing like a sabre in your hand to make you feel like dancing -

Array Peronally I would say no. You had your exercise the first day. Sleep in a little, lol. Then again, working out just 'aint my thing. -

Array Your warm-up routine should be sufficient to get your joints moving and your muscles warm for fencing, and that's all you need. -

Array yeah, as Peach said, just warm up before you fence, some light footwork, streching, a couple of bouts, and you should be good Homestarrunner forever!~!

Array I would say do the light exercise after the first day's fencing, to loosen you up, help prevent cramping - a cool-down, essentially. Similar Threads -
