This web site has a very good source for your question. To your left click on About Fencing, then Links, then Clubs and finally Texas. There are 34 listed.
Another source would be the USFA web site
www.USFencing.org click on Internet Links, then Clubs and Divisions and finally on the state of Texas. I would say you are near the border between the Plains Texas and the North Texas divisions. I would click also on both of those for more information.
