Flight instructing/sightseeing for hour building, once you get to 1000 hours all kinds of jobs open up to you. Ideally I'd like to do contract flying, because you get to experience all kinds of different jobs and locations.

That sounds cool!
I have a private license (and ~90 hours logged), and am currently rated for fixed-wing, single-engine land craft (with most of my experience being in C-172N).
Good luck with the license! What would you be doing once you have it - flight instruction, sightseeing tours, MEDEVAC, biz-flights/transportation, ...?

Actually it's going to be a commercial helicopter license. I haven't started yet because I need to save up money for the hours (about $275/hour for R22 time) and I still don't have a job out of college. So it's going to happen, I know that's what I want to do with my life but as for now it's on hold due to the economy.

I read that you're going for your pilot's license (I assume a PPL?)
How's that going?
