Oh, yeah, trust me... caffeine before bed is a REALLY bad idea. Once I was a t an all-day hockey tournament with my brother, and I drank a gallon of tea.

I DIDN'T SLEEP FOR 24 HOURS.

Well that's just sad. I had coffee, but now I don't because I need to go to bed early tonight and coffee now would be a bad idea.
