I have mized emotions about it, I guess.

I mean, I'd no longer have to move every year, which would be nice.

But it also means less extra money for my family. And that business DID make a lot of extra money.

Also, the guy who wants to buy it again is the same guy who backed out on us before. He may do it again. Even if he doesn't, he's cheating us in a way, because he's offered a lot less than we asked originally a few years ago, and he'd be talking it off our hands right before the season starts where the business would begin rolling in money again.

My parents are kind of willing to accept it, because they just want it gone, but... It's a bad thing. He knows full well what he's doing.
