I actually have the same problem a lot of times. I have some of the freakiest, most disturbing dreams, and sometimes I have to do the same thing as you: wear myself out before I can sleep.

Care to talk about it? I used to have a bit of trouble with recurring nightmares myself. After that lightning strike, no problems at all.

If you have to exhaust yourself to catch some decent Z's, then it sounds like you have quite a problem. Not to be the pot calling the kettle black.
