I already have the function to light of the led and turn off with the appropriate time.

I am currently struggling with how to time the tip being depressed for 2ms. I was looking at the pulse
function, but this doesn't appear to suit our purposes for epee.

I was hoping that you could give me some ideas on timing the tip being depressed.
