Youtube some dulcimer stuff. Really pretty sound, and very easy to play. It's diatonic scaled (do re mi...), not chromatic like a guitar, with one melody string and 2 or 3 "drones", so it's relatively easy to play as a beginner. Give me something else to do at work anyway ...

Great job on the biking. Sounds like you're making good progress. A mountain dulcimer? I wouldn't even know how to begin to play it. O_o But then I've always been a brass man.

Not bad. I've finally started biking. It's coming along. I can do around 6 1/2 or 7 miles now. Other than that, just work, work, work really. I've got my eye on a mountain dulcimer for $75. Looks fun, and relatively easy to start playing....
