Meh, they aren't so bad. Just sit tight for a bit, and they usually go away pretty quickly. Just so long as nothing falls on you.

It wasn't so bad. It happened while I was at work. At first, I thought someone was rolling something heavy behind me, but there was only a little old lady when I looked. I noticed how wide her eyes were, and when I turned back to pay for my soda, I thought "Oh, crap. It's a quake". That's when the whole place started shaking. I thought it was a four pointer, so I just handed over my money and waited for my change while it shook itself out. It wasn't so bad, though people were freaking out all over the place.

I thought back to Independence day (The movie), actually (someone else did too, I noticed). "A little shake, and they running", lol.

Oh yeah! I heard about the quake! I meant to ask you if you were anywhere near where it happened or anything and if you and all the people you knew were okay.

There was a 5.8 quake a few hours ago, I'm planning to have dinner with a gorgeous young woman on friday night (just a friend ), and I've recently made the acquaintance of someone with a knack for double entendres as well as an interesting taste in music.
