You're 15, now, right? If you'll be 15 for any part of next year, you can qualify as a cadet. If not, your options are Junior, which you have to qualify for at your local sectional championships, or Div 2/3, which you qualify for at your divisional qualifiers. Cadet too, actually.

I know too much about this kinda stuff.
