Yeah, it sort of leaves us all in limbo. I would think many armourers will advise the owner of the gear that it may not be 800NW, but until the FIE prohibits them... I would think it's business as usual. They can't deny someone access to a tournament because it is currently still considered FIE. Since there's no on-site testing, all the armourer can do is hassle the fencer a little.
