Yeah, someone says "How ya doin'" and I say "peachy" with a straight face and they don't know how to take it... which is good. I like noncommittal answers. It's not like I'm gonna tell them how I really feel anyway, but I'm not gonna say I'm fine when I'm not, eh? And yeah, sometimes I use expletives like that but I try to avoid it by finding a better way of expressing myself. I figure if someone is taking their time to listen to anything I have to say, I should respect that and not waste it with nonproductive banter. And I strive to be lady like.

Well, from my experience, Vegemite is not like peanut butter. I think the ingredients are yeast and salt, so it is black and salty.

The Aussies said you spread it on the bread, and then scrape most of it off again.

With the littlies, they would put it on thick crust with lots of butter. The kids would chew away at it.

I was told once that they eat it like peanut butter. so that was how I tried it. Too much peanuts does not agree with me, so I need alternatives.

Yes, I have had Vegemite. Not haggis, couldn't stomach that ( oh no, a dad joke).

Aussie students used to have Vegemite sent to them when I was at Illinois. It is an acquired taste. But the little Aussie kids just lapped it up.
