Oh btw... My shoulder is doing well. I'm back on the mountain bike on pusher peddles, and will go clipless in a couple weeks. Then, I'll try the road bike again soon after that. I've found safer portion of the bike path to ride on. Much less traffic, and I stay away all together on weekends. ttyl
