Brian Rosen. I'm a head tech, and I'm on the armorer's committee. In real life, I'm senior director at NeuStar, a service company for telecom service providers. I've managed computer engineering projects for 30 years. I deal with messaging and telephony (and the Internet) every day. I spent a while looking at the SMS/robocall idea, and understand what it takes to get it to happen.
I know you guys are NOT responsible for HAS. It's a mistake, and USFA should have gone with Peet. It's the kind of mistake that keeps on costing us (the opposite of a gift that keeps giving).
