Did you make it to the tournament this weekend? I wasn't able to bring stuff this year on Sunday, but we try to make people feel welcome. Sam aka Purple Fencer, suggested that I contact you about possibly doing some artwork or the cover for the Second Edition of The Care and Feeding of All Things Fencing. I was wondering if you were interested. I'm already using a couple of Pete Russell's cartoons inside, so don't know whether or not something along those lines would work.

Your character artwork looks great, reminds of Maus for some reason...It seems like you're doing it about the fastest way I can think of. Unless of course, you're a better hand inker than computer inker or have sharp pencil sketches then I'd suggest using Levels to clean your scans. Also, the fill tool should make coloring your line work a breeze since its so smoothly done...

Puts me in the mind of my Zelda, a grey tiger tabby that likes to fence sabre with me (and by fence I mean eat my blade after a paw-parry) and SWAT cats

Edit: What methods are you using to color? I may have a tip or two on how to speed things up.
