Workout with the Insanity program.

Asylum is a sports-specific training system that focuses on building strength and improving balance, speed, agility, power, and coordination. The progressive sports drills are inspired by the habits and routines of professional athletes. Shaun T. has said that the original INSANITY workout was just a warm up for what Asylum delivers.

Unlike the original INSANITY (60 day program) or P90X (90 day program), the goal here is to deliver dramatic results and maximize sports performance in just 30 days.

I never thought I'd say "Insanity is easy." However, it's true...if I add the words "compared to Asylum." Asylum is truly taking the Insanity program and philosophy to the next level. Designed as a sports training program, it focuses primarily on agility, speed, strength, and jumping. The interval training of Insanity is modified slightly. The exercises change frequently (and rapidly), and there are barely any breaks.
