Not bad- suffering from tendonitis in both elbows, but new meds seem to be relieving this symptom. Currently assisting with a local college program and teaching at the local rec center. all in all ok.

Been a while- but- is the hand still ok? Getting any fencing in?

I hope your friend is pointing you in the right direction and you can resolve this problem. Is this a more correctable injury- I mean, is there a need for surgery or can physical be an option? I wouldn't wish the surgeries I had to correct my problem on any one. Kind Regards!

Wow- sorry to hear about that! I hope it works out without the surgery- i still have screws in my hand after that break.
