Rep thanks! I took a break from rowing this week...it seems that "filter" between your brain and your mouth (you know, the one that I always left at home when I worked MICU in the city) got washed down the drain at the beginning of the week and I haven't gotten out to get a new one. lol!

Oh, joy. I think there are some that ought to take them more often, or better still, ought not practice at all. (Others are great and I hold in high regard.)

It's been hot here. I could use some rain. I haven't been to the beach all that much either, but overall, it's been fun.
