Yeah... Vet fencing has the least amount of competitions and funding. On the plus side, you don't have to compete to go to Vet World Cups etc. You just have to raise your hand and be willing to pay your own expenses.

I have no idea. I know the Canadian government doesn't spend a lot on funding athletes, but usually does for Commonwealth, Olympics etc...
I heard on the news that there's not a lot of athletes in India either due to scheduling conflicts. Just looked at the CFF calendar, one of our Nationals is on.

Settled nicely thanks, five months on and the CaYH nurse couldn't believe she was premature - very happy baby, wakes up smiling and all - totally different experience to the first one!
