There's someone I know who was a C or a D until recently, and I've never lost to them. They earned an A at nationals.
I'm still an E, but I've been about an inch from a C.
I'm guessing you've at least gotten really close to getting a better rating...
Heh, I'll get right on that. I don't really have a license or anything, so it might be a while. I wish I could go to other places for tournaments now and then. Virtually every epee tournament here ends up being an A2 tournament with 30 fencers, 12-15 of them A's and B's. I can beat them sometimes, but it gets a little frustrating now and then.
The last tournament I did I wasn't fencing very well, and it was also a very difficult tournament. If it had had 64 people instead of 36, it would have been an A4 tournament.
Any one seen that Dr Who episode "Blink" or whatever with the angel statues? And the Dr has a conversation via DVD Easter Eggs? Sometimes, these visitor messages remind me of that episode.
