Elbow In

ELBOW INNNNN
Even if it kills me. Even if it's after the 2nd parry with disengage, remember to keep the elbow in. IN. KEEP IT IN.
Always keep balanced for face ripostes. There's no use for a slow riposte. Only way to get a faster riposte is to have fast hands, and to deliver those hands to the right distance with your legs.
The hand scores. The feet help the hand to score. The hand owes it to the feet to score after all that hard work setting up the right distances. The hand does about 25 percent of the work in a touch. It has to be much more effective when it does work.
See it to the target. Feel it to the target. Will it to the target. Do it relaxed.
Do it relaxed. It doesn't mean do it slow. Slow and relaxed are not the same. You have to do it relaxed fast.
Do it relaxed. That means you can't be tense.
Don't be tense. Be confident. Be comfortable. Be practiced.
Being practiced means you practice until your body know's what to do, not your mind. The mind learns easily. The body takes longer.
Practice enough to make you better.
Practice it so much you deserve it.
Deserve it. Deserve it more than anybody in the world. More than everybody.
Elbow in.
