seeded 16th, had to fence parmer, won 15-11 or so, fenced herin, lost 7-15 or so. final placing: 16th.


i had absolutely no focus or blade control. was missing like crazy and getting hit on stuff that i should've seen coming a mile away. i'm pretty sure i have a problem focusing on and thinking about my actions.

seeded 6th, first round fenced mitchell, won 15-3 or so, second round won 15-5 or so against the g-named guy in my pool (i can't recall his name, for the life of me), top 8 fenced cooper, won 15-12 or so, and in the 4 fenced diaz and lost 7-15 or so. final placing: 3rd. renewed my D, would've earned a C if the ratings weren't knocked out of the 8.

i was fencing foil from y2k, like i usually do. missed flicks left and right, probably cost me more points than i scored, but its hard to get that kind of stuff out of your system when you almost never fence foil.

opposite day? totd fenced epee for fun and got 3rd and a B07, while i was knocked out early. i fenced foil for fun and got 3rd, narrowly missed a C07, and he was knocked out early.
