Time to update the description. WSV50 fencer since 2004. Mostly recovered from two meniscus tears in 2006 (not fencing related) and other minor injuries. Focused on improving fencing skills and avoiding injuries. Goal is to qualify for the WSV60 team in 2012.

Note to self: Eating 9 apples in an attempt to avoid eating chocolate is counter-productive. There's more calories in those apples than the M&Ms. Skipping real food to balance out the calorie count was also stupid and is why I'm sitting here with a headache, feeling lethargic.

Food = fuel. If you don't take care of the body, it won't work.

Also check oil level on car. It's due.
