One of the kids from school, Kumar, has been nagging me to show up on Wednesday so he can fence me, so I managed to motivate myself to get out there - and Kumar didn't show up! Touche review. The kids came back from the local tournament this weekend. All I can say is wow. They understand why fencing foil locally is still dicey but it helps them try and adjust to the ref, I think that is good training. It wasn't as slow as LAST Monday, mind you. It was CR, Jessie M, Jessie2, and Leanne. CR was fencing terribly because they had been doing nondominant work.
