Still getting used to this. I am not very eloquent. Don't expect too much.
I will post some "top fifteen" lists.
I will rant on about stuff.
I will clog up your internets with junk.

Top Fifteen Movie Songs 9/15 (in no particular order that I will admit to):
09) "Ca Plane Pour Moi" by Plastic Bertrand
Released December 1977
Format 7"
Genre Punk
Length 3:00
Label AMC
Writer(s) Yvan Lacomblez
Producer Francis 'Lou' Deprijck

Film - National Lampoon's European Vacation - but this is not the one I am blogging about.
Film - Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Film -... Yeah, this one gets used a bit, actually, and I don't know what all in.

It has been covered a number of times by a number of artists - including The Presidents of the United States of America. (For those of you playing along at home, The Presidents of the United States of America is one of the bands I listen to sometimes. My favourite song of theirs being "Kitty" - but nevermind that right now. And I just think that "nevermind" _should_ be one word. I mean really. With all the words and phrases that got slammed together (coupled?) to make one word out of them, how did "nevermind" get missed? I guess it would have been something like "nevertheemind" or "whatforsoothdoththoumeantsbythinkingsuchthing s" but I digress.

There was a lot of good music in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, but this one takes the cake. Sputnik's Love Missile F-111 is great, Oh Yeah by Yellow, and many others, but this one, in its silliness, takes the cake. It is a silly song. It is one of those songs where it is not supposed to make sense - just lots of silliness strung together. And the scene is the delinquent trio in silly shots strung together.

(In National Lampoon's European Vacation, it is when the Grizwalds are cramming in a bunch of sight-seeing... in case you were wondering. But I am not talking about that stupid movie. Does anyone by Chevy Chase think that Chevy Chase is funny? I don't see it.)

Um... Short one today. I mean, yeah, I could talk more about the film, but "Ca Plane Pour Moi" really is a bunch of random phrases and whatnot put together for fun and whatnot. The song is not really _about_ anything, eh?

Take Care-
LQ

Bueller! I love that movie. Although I don't remember this song. Probably because it's been awhile since I"ve seen the movie.

We were listening to it on the car radio yesterday. My daughter was translating the French into English. Much nonsense, but a fun song.

Of course, the French always denied responsibility saying Plastic Bertrand was from Belgium.

About Me
I am currently sixteen years old, but I expect that will change, eventually - maybe. I started fencing about 4 years ago, with varying levels of competitiveness. I mostly fence for health reasons (stress, fitness, sanity; well, 2 of 3 isn't too bad.) The club where I fence is kinda limited on the schedule, so several of us get together on our own. I teach a little kids fencing class at the local community centre, but it is a small town, so it doesn't always make. I was infected with HIV in 2000, when I was about 7. I am living with it and have a descent life – or I should say most of the issues I have were pre-existing. I managed to control things with diet and exercise, but since about 2005, my immune system surrendered and I started my chemical regime. During the school year I live with my dad and in the summer I stay with my mom. Except this year - staying with Dad. They get along ok as long as they do not have to live together – in the same city. Alaska is kinda big, so they can manage to be in the same state. I like reading I like cycling I like music I like school, but not so much the people in it... myself included because I am evil, just so you know. Sometimes I have issues and whatnot going on in my life and whatnot and I will sometimes blog about it, but mostly I like making Top Fifteen lists. Just search for "Top Fifteen" and you can skip the malarkey. :edit:To day is my sixteenth birthday and I thought I would update this About Me part:/edit:
