Today, I drove up to Purdue for the "Spring" Open. I note that I left reasonably early to insure I could find a parking space only to discover that the university had booked a swiming meet and thus I parked at a meter near a residence hall and walked back. Haven't been updating lately because I just haven't been as driven since my mother died. The fencing group at school continues to be awesome. Danny won the practice tournament I held. It turns out that I can practice in part of the gym when one of the basketball groups has a game. The tactical wheel is sort of a mythical beast within the world of fencing. Some fencers swear by it and others swear at it, claiming that it's little more than a fairy tale.
