Another schedule shift, stuff

Iíve decided to switch my laundry day to Sunday, allowing me to go to FAP on Tuesdays. Strange to think that the 4 times a week Iím there havenít been enough. Iíve spent exactly 0 minutes training in the weight room, and that needs to change. After learning what one is, Iíve added a 30 second plank to the 15 squats I just started doing every morning.

Itís been a while since my last post, and a lot has been going on fencing-wise. Fenced the March FAP Div 3 tournament, and feel ok about my performance. I got at least a touch in every bout, and finished the pools with an indicator of 2, an improvement over the tournament before where I came out of the pools with a -7.
I felt good about the DE too, despite the loss. My opponent was nice enough to chat about what I was doing wrong afterward.
Of course I had a ball, and canít wait for April 15th.

Still really digging the private lessons. Working on clarity of action, distance and patience.

Had an ďOh! I was doing it wrong!Ē moment regarding my lunge extension timing at Thursdayís class. Iíve done some work against a wall pad, and canít wait to use the new timing during tomorrowís bouts. Should be fun.

    Damn right. a lot more hardcore than I expected when I started 9 months ago.
