I think I told you that I dropped off a signed and framed picture of me at nationals and copies of the article in this month's San Diego Lawyer (send me an e-mail if you want a copy. dweiss@telgian.com) to my surgeon and the rehab group at Barrow when I was in PHX last week.

I got a letter from Dr.Spetzler. It was on my desk when I got here this morning. It says:

Thank you so much for the wonderful picture and the sharing of your story! (I mention him by name in the article) They are a true testament to your indomitable spirit and positive attitude and my hat is off to you!

I am delighted that you are doing so well, and wish you the very best.

I of course am having a complete meltdown. I feel like I am letting him down with all my *****ing and whining. It is time for me to get off my a$$ and get to work trying to fully reconnect my mind and body. So far I have seen little if any increase in energy.
