The night of nights.... Less than 24 hours before wheels up. I amd really getting mentally prepared (with whatever brain I have left)

I just hope I don't over psych. I haven't fenced since last Saturday and even then was destroyed by the AB's that I fenced. There are so many things to try to remember in my bouts. Stop dropping off to the left and leaving my shoulder and back open.

When I retreat to the right stop raising my hand and exposing my entire left side.

Don't just sit there parrying until they hit me, try a riposte. I have been riposting but keep landing flat . I am getting the barrel on them but not the tip.

Remember to hold on with my right hand so I don't fall out of the chair.

Etc....

OK, the pendulum is in the good zone. Now, for my opponents, remember, if you have to beat me, throw me a bone, indicaters are important too. :-)

Not that this is solicitation (leading to conspiracy. Remember your elements Tortfeasor?)

If any of you are going to be at the venue on Saturday or Sunday, please come by and say hello.

Who recognizes the opening line of my post?

My husband got the Warner Bros theme song right away. I think the two of you would hit if off as you have the same taste in movies too.
Best of luck in Dallas. Sorry I won't be there to cheer you on.

Good luck! As my old coach used to say, "There is no parry. Only parry-riposte". Regardless of how things go, try and have fun.
