ok, can someone please ***** slap me the next time i step off the back of the strip. can't believe i frickin' did some stupid sh*t like that. what the hell!!!??? after 50 yrs fencing!!?!? i know the copper strips had the lines faded but that's not really an excuse.

anyways..still won my pool (whatever that's worth, )..finish 5th. diissappooiinnttiingg... some positives i can take out of it is that my explosive fleche appears to be back finally. i thought i was getting too old for this stuff. i'm also more comfortable with the carbon fibre grip. no fatigue, no disarming despite attempts from EVERYONE to do so. smaller disengages. its getting better.

There's an easy way to stop going off the back. Just put something heavy there when you train. Trust me, after the first couple of concussions, you stop.
