I have a reputation, at least, I HAD, when I was younger a reputation for being damn near bulletproof. What happened??????? Apparently my warranty ran out on the bulletproofedness.
Vicodin has me in a haze but just a bit ago I tore a muscle under my floating rib. Allergy season, sneezing, etc. made that absolutely unbearable.
Its not a serious injury. The only thing that solves this is time nd doign nothing.

I am not a Paulist Christian. I find Paul to be a legalist disguised poorly as a spiritualist. Still he said some good stuff. One shouldnt throw the baby out with the baptismal waters. I find my brand of Christianity in the gospels, and even in some gnostic gospels.

I've started teaching Eskrima and hardcore self defense again. Its been a few days now. Wow. I feel better. There's nothing like seeing the light bulb come on when someone gets it. In fencing its great because coaching fencing is somewhat cerebral. But 'tis really cool in MA because there are physically bad consequences when a person doesnt get it and tries to use it on the street.
Its a great way for me to get in shape too. Unlike fencing where coaches devolve from their personal
