Mainly just a light walk and some stretching. I'm very tight. face is still bothering me so I cant do much in re getting my heart rate up.
Did hit the heavy bag a few times: 3 sets of 2 minutes. Harder than one thinks when one realizes that that bag is 300lbs.
Then finally some shoulder extensions with the bands.
As soon as this infection clears I will go about the Ross Enamait plan and combine it with some stuff out of P90X and other programs to keep the boredom factor from creeping in.
