I used a neti pot for the last two days and I have to say I like it. It's horribly gross which of course appeals to me in much the same way collecting Garbage Pail kids did in 2nd Grade did.
I have a minor sinus infection or at least some swelling. So I was prescribed Medrol(methyl prednisolone) and Augmentin.
I know women hate antibiotics but for us guys Augmentin works like a charm. but what REALLY works is the Medrol.
Wow I feel great. My ribs dont hurt, my back feels more limber despite the fact I havent done any exercise in oh two weeks. And yes the sinus swelling has gone down and I can actually hear.
My heavy bag began taunting me the other day. It senses what it thinks to be my weakness. It looks at me menacingly all 300lbs of it. Strange that it has such a short term memory.
But I will reserve my judgment for its sillyness until the medrol dosepak is done. I dont need to injure myself further under the guise of feeling better.
There will be a redress of grievances... I can wait.
