Took a two week break from all things fencing. Work has been extra busy and I find myself working on charting way into the evening. Kid's were sick with some fever filled nightmare inducing virus that kept them up and therefore me up all night. Then my MIL visited for the week.
I realized that I missed it alot and that the muscles I worked so hard for melt like butter with disuse. I need to get a serious coach. I need to learn some real tactics and work on my game before the fall. Unfortunately with Summer schedules making the club more quiet there is not a lot of openings. The other thing I need to work on is my stamina. On a high note I am still losing weight and was able to fit into a dress I wore in college. I will have to expound more on my diet plan in another blog after I see how it works with some of my patients who have begun to adopt it for themselves.
