Testing sql import of some blog text fields. So far nothing is showing, so there must be some dependencies in other tables. Uggh.

I had a private lesson last night. It went well, but my performance was less than I expected. I seemed tired, and it effected my form (and attacks). It could have been due to long days work. I need to rest before Summer Nationals. Also, I could not manage the arm speed of my previous day. I suspected that not warming up with attacks from a stationary distance might effect this. However, it could be that I simply have not perfected the attack from advancing.
