    I woke up at quarter to five this morning; I had already planned to go the health club but that made it easier, though I still didn't get all the way through my routine before I had to leave to go to work (I get there at 7:30 a.m.).     I didn't get out of work until 5-ish because of meetings (we had two snow days last week, which means that all the meetings that got cancelled have to be shoved in between all the other meetings), ...

  2. WAAAAAAY too thin

    I have now weighed in at the gym and I'm down to 110 lbs. My weight hasn't been this low since I injured my knee and had a reaction to the NSAI drug such that I couldn't swallow and thus lost one heck of a lot of weight.

    This is, however, a record one-week weight loss for me. Heck, it's probably a three day weight loss.

    Given that I became ill Monday morning and weighed in Sunday morning, I don't think this is just a water weight loss situation.
