I ended up driving out to the Dick's Sporting Goods out in Hanover and picked up some KT Tape. This pack is a 5 meter roll with pre-cut strips. I tried it at the gym on Monday and was surprised to find that it worked...and felt better than my knee brace. I used it tonight at practice in addition to doing a lot of extra stretching. I not only don't normally celebrate my birthday, I generally try to forget about it and really don't want to be reminded of it until it's over. I've never, ever done anything to celebrate a milestone birthday like 30, 40, or 50, although I did want to go wall climbing for my 50th birthday and was unable to arrange it.
