I hate -- absolutely hate beyond words -- pointless exercising. I'd far rather cut grass and work in the yard than go into a gym and use equipment. The first action results in a changed environment and the second is something that I'm supposed to do because it's good for me. [I say it's spinach and I say to hell with it.] However, I love the results and I love how I feel as a result of exercise so I am constantly attempting to trick myself into doing that which is good ...
