    I arrived early enough to do some stretching and a couple of strips of footwork, slow and deliberate footwork because I have to build it again from the ground up. I hurt a good deal when I got there, but by the time the evening was over I felt better.

  2. Dedicated to fencing.

    How dedicated am I to it? Well, I practice Mon to Sat. But how well do I practice? There are two ways of thinking about the workouts I have. ONE: they're really tough, so I should pace myself to make it through the entire workout. As time goes a long, I'll be able to do the workout with more and more intensity. TWO: do it with maximum intensity and just die off at the end, and over time i'll get closer and closer to finishing the entire workout. Right now, I'm closer to ONE. That means when coach ...
