First practice after vacation. The camp was just finishing up so I didn't fence any of the younger kids, but Jessi1, Ben, and Donna were there. I fenced all of them 15 touches and then took a lesson with Mark, who had injured his toe and was giving lessons sitting on a stool. Mr. No Point Control. I just did drills and it is the first time I have had a blade in my hand (other than shuffling them around in the closet) since before my latest stroke in October. I did 100 straight lunges and worked on arm first, lunge and yank myself back to the right of the chair rather than leaning over the back and not really retreating. I also worked a little on the torso to loosen it up to stand the swiveling I have to do in the chair back and forth, etc… ...
