Moorestown High School is a HECK of a lot nicer than the previous venue. It was brightly lit and spacious with an excellent floor, of a composition that was not slippery. I baked fencing cookies and red card cookies to take to practice since three of our fencers are graduating. However, the entrances were blocked and there were no parking signs around the building and when I finally managed to find access and reach the building, a sign announced it was closed due to a fire in the mechanical room. We had a severe storm last night which knocked out power several places (including our home) but I don't know if the fire was related to that problem or not. ...
