Well, the Cherry Blossom was a refreshing change. A tournament that was run very well, dedicated refs and people you could actually have a talk about rules with, without them thinking that you were insulting their heritage. Epee and foil need work, our sabre continues to be very strong and with Ivan Lees presentation a lot of things that I have been doing have been confirmed. Proof is in the pudding. Monday was a light day at the gym... only 1.5 hours... and that's not a joke. 30 minutes on the ET followed by icing the knee and then some time in the hot tub followed by about 20 minutes of walking in the swimming pool (about 720 feet). Afterwards, I did the elbow therapy in the hot tub and then the shoulder therapy in the locker room followed by icing the elbow.
