After a pleasant day (the fourth day of a four-day weekend) spent catching up with work, I headed over to the club not sure if it was even open. It was certainly desolate with all the kids at J.O.'s, but Meng and Matt showed up and our two foil guys suited up for sabre and played. Since I had a day off work, I went to the gym about 1030 this morning and put in 30 minutes on the ET followed by leg press, leg extension, reclining leg press (90 lbs), calves (75 lbs -- because the knee is still swollen).
