Although I signed up for a Medeo doubleheader today (women's and veteran), I woke up realizing that I still need a life. Instead, I took a long walk and spent some hours in coffee shops and bookstores, writing and reading. I plan to go into fencing tomorrow night. I may or may not take a lesson, but either way I'm leaving before 9:00.
I am looking forward to the end of the Election Process and trying to reconcile myself to a Palin Presidency within four years. It's the old Benjamin Franklin thing about prepare for the worst and hope for the best. At the moment, I'm drugged on caffeine, short on sleep, and stressed out from working for the Obama campaign.
