Well, we just got back from a trip to Stride Rite. The Boys (my 13 month old twin grandsons) now have their first pair of "big boy" shoes. Very fashionable little athletic shoes. They are s cute. The plantar faciitis has not been getting better as quickly as I would like. In fact, it hasn't been improving hardly at all. I have been doing everything the doctor suggested, but to little avail. I went to the gym and did a full workout on the right arm, shoulders, and left leg before going to fencing practice, where we had an informal team competition. Next time, I should sit out. My first bout was against someone I had previously been fairly equal with and he trounched me. The second bout was against a left handed B fencer who took me out 5 - 0.
