I was in enough pain from my knee yesterday, and from my foot, that I decided to bag fencing tonight. I'll be traveling tomorrow, and off Wednesday (I'm going to check my stuff and then go do some things), so I hope my various bones will be behaving themselves by the time the IA rolls around on Thursday. My podiatrist suggested I get a cortisone injection before Nationals but I turned him down, and I'm vaguely wondering if I should have taken him up on it.
No fencing news to report as the Salle is closed for a few days (Independence day holiday) and I am giving my foot some time to start healing before jumping back into the fray.
