Part 3 of the 5 part video series focuses on the application of the Point in Line in sabre fencing.  The overriding concern is with the position of the line and that once established, the opponent must make an action on the blade in order to remove the line (unless the fencer removes the line themselves.)

The continuing theme is "A line, is a line, is a line" and that once a fencer has point in line, it is up to their opponent to take the line away with an action on the blade, or to wait for the line to be pulled back.
