The DFC shirt, next to Chucky, who is always dressed this way.

Today’s Halloween edition of Fencing Shirt Friday comes courtesy of the Dunwoody Fencing Club, an epee club in the metro Atlanta area.

A large number of the members of the DFC compete in the locally grown Georgia High School Fencing League and members are working to promote the sport.

Recently, the DFC was named a "USFCA Guild Academy"

The United States Fencing Coaches Association (USFCA) Guild Academy designation identifies clubs that have attained the gold standard of coaching. Dunwoody Fencing Club is one of only two clubs in the southeast that have earned this designation from the USFCA.

The DFC is headed by Kathy Vail and their club web site is: www.dunwoodyfencing.com.
